Agreement

By accessing immigrateos.com or using the ImmigrateOS platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Website use

You may browse this marketing website for informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Platform subscription

Access to the ImmigrateOS application requires a paid or trial subscription governed by a separate order form or checkout agreement. Pricing, seat limits, and feature availability depend on your selected plan.

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform and for obtaining necessary consents from your clients.
• You must keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
• AI-generated drafts, checklists, and suggestions require human review before use with clients or submission to government authorities.

Intellectual property

ImmigrateOS and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us. You retain ownership of your firm's data uploaded to the platform, subject to the license needed for us to host and process it.

ImmigrateOS is practice-management software. It does not provide legal advice and is not affiliated with IRCC, USCIS, or any government agency. You remain responsible for all immigration advice and submissions made by your firm.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmigrateOS is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or platform. Specific liability caps and remedies for paid subscriptions are set out in your subscription agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
