• Usage data: standard server and analytics logs such as pages visited, browser type, and referring URL, if analytics are enabled.
• Cookies: essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies on this marketing site.

How we use website information

We use contact form data to respond to demo requests, provide product information, and improve our sales process. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Platform data (customer accounts)

When your firm uses ImmigrateOS, client records, case files, documents, messages, and billing data are stored in our application infrastructure. Access is restricted by role-based permissions within your organization. Data handling for platform accounts is governed by your service agreement and any data processing addendum we provide at onboarding.

Data retention

Marketing contact submissions are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship. Platform data is retained according to your subscription terms and export/deletion policies described in your account agreement.
