Every trial is 14 days of Professional, so you can use five seats, branding, calendar, e-signature, and the full AI pool. Independent RCICs can choose Solo afterward; firms stay on Professional.
No. Clients, open cases, and portal users are unlimited on every plan. You pay a firm subscription plus named team seats.
Solo is one consultant, optionally one staff seat. A second consultant needs Professional. Cases, calendars, commissions, and the audit log are built around named people — sharing a password fights the product.
A credit is a unit of AI work. Light tasks (drafts, checklists) use 1–2 credits; document extraction and application review use more. Included monthly credits reset with your billing period. Unused pack credits follow the pack terms at checkout.
Yes. Annual is two months free (pay for 10, get 12). You can change plans as the firm grows — Solo to Professional when you hire a second consultant, Professional to Business as the team scales.
CSV import for clients, leads, and cases is included. Larger practices can book a one-time migration — we’ll quote it separately, not as a monthly add-on.
