Connect the tools your firm already runs on.
Payments, accounting, documents, e-signature, calendars, video meetings, team alerts, and automation — configured once in Settings, not rebuilt in every workflow. How each connection uses data is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Integrations are optional and off until an authorized firm user connects them. Tokens are stored encrypted. Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, Stripe, and similar partners can review how ImmigrateOS uses API data without creating an account.
- Google Calendar — two-way appointment sync, including optional Google Meet conference links on those events. We do not read Gmail, Contacts, or Drive through this connection.

- Google Limited Use — ImmigrateOS’s use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. We do not use Google data for ads or to train our own models.
- Microsoft, Dropbox, Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Xero, Twilio, Slack, DocuSign — each connection is documented in the Privacy Policy with scopes, purpose, storage, and how to disconnect.
- Disconnect any integration in Settings → Integrations, or revoke ImmigrateOS in the vendor’s account permissions.
